July 31, 201610 yr ... a mate of mine is looking for any information on Ariel Colt trials bikes. I think I recall seeing one many years ago. He's thinking of building one as a project.
July 31, 201610 yr Hi Guy's. Hi Spen. Geoff Duke had a Factory one, there was a write up in one of the Ariel owners club Magazines. I will see if I can find it and put it onto my web site with a page about it. Regards Charlie.
July 31, 201610 yr Author Spen, Which Ariel Colt - the pre-war girder-forked one or the factory bike that Geoff Duke rode, almost a miniature HT? There are pictures of both in ORRe. Deryk Any of them! Where can I find them without having to trawl through ( and losing myself for a few hours gazing ) them....?? Edited July 31, 201610 yr by spen
August 1, 201610 yr Hi Guy's. Deryk the frame used on the Geoff bike was a lot lighter than an HT, and not the same shape, but probably had the same angles. BSA Forks and wheels. Regards Charlie.
