Low Risk Balancing Practice

Featured Replies

Ha only just watched this video last night

Picked up a couple of brand new 24" unicycles at a car boot Monday as balance toys.

Wouldn't catch me up there.

OK those of us that are scared of heights will understand the feeling I am about to describe.

Just watching that video I get the same sensation as when I am climbing a ladder and get up to about the 8th rung. (I am a light weight, I can get on single story roofs with a really gentle pitch, but that is as high as I get.)

this sensation is a tingly feeling in the lower extremities, a weakness in the legs and a indescribable and unyielding need to get down/lower/sit down.

but hey if it works for this guy .... go for it
