awesome site, thanks for all the excellent info i've acquired already.

Most of what i know about trials riding, I've picked up at the local BSA club events. I rode a little in my 20's on a slightly modified Bultaco Alpina, but gave it up when we were short of cash.

I recently picked up a TY175, and a huge pile of parts that should make 1 halfway decent TY250. Whichever I'm most comfortable with will become my next vintage trials machine.

By the looks of it, the trials community is gigantic in Europe. I'm a little jealous.

Nevertheless, I'm pretty excited about the new bikes, and the chance to have some fun with all the other old guys.

Hi; You can't go wrong with either yamaha for a twinshock trials bike . Both are robust ,reliable and simple ... And any part you need is still readily available .Just keep them simple and enjoy yourself .
