2016 Oset16R Fitted With A 900W Motor - Is This Normal?

I have just picked up a used Oset and notice the motor says 900w which appears is the same as the 20 lite. Are these out of the factory like this or could it be a upgrade?  Oset spec suggests 800w is normal.

    Looks to be an upgrade our 2016 hand book shows 800w

    motors for the 16 R and the eco model

    Thought so. Thanks for checking, might do a little digging. Bike looks mint but was owned by a motocross boy.
