October 13, 20169 yr Hi does anyone know where i could get an exhaust for my 2011 sherco 290 which can be repacked. The 2014 and 2015 models exhaust can be repacked but it requires a new front pipe as well. Any advice would be appreciated many thanks Dw .
October 13, 20169 yr I had the same issue with my sons 2010 had to bite the bullet and buy both !! But worth it in the long run

October 13, 20169 yr Cut the existing one open,repack then re weld it. A faff I know but much cheaper than replacing the whole system.
October 17, 20169 yr Not a big deal, just make sure you clean everything up REALLY good before welding
