just realy want 2 no witch way does wot on top of the forks! and can u ajust the rear shock? if so how ,thanks rob

It's been a while, but on the front forks, I'm pretty sure the left one adjusts compression damping and the right one is rebound.

As for the shock, only the preload is adjustable bu the collar under the spring. Loosen the set screw before you adjust.

any idea witch way i turn them? i want my sus 2 be very springy, my m8s gasgas is g8! its very bouncy, and i want 2try and get mine like it, i havent turned anything just yet!

I think you'll just have to experiment.

I think clockwise is more damping, but I could be wrong. If everything is working, you'll notice a difference when you twist them all the way in one direction.

thanks m8 i will hav a look

The internal wrenching side (LT) clockwise mwkes the spring tighter. I beleave clockwise on the knob restricts fluid on the right fork.

for what its worth adjusting the preload of the spring, front or rear only alters the attitude of the bike . it doesn't make it more springy, it only alters where in the suspension travel availible, the bike will work.

to make any bike more bouncy :hl: you have to either reduce rebound and compression damping and/ or change the spring rate ie get a stronger spring.

but you have damping for a reason
