January 2, 20188 yr Hi all, new to this forum but an old soul to motorcycling (considering my age). I bought a Mod. 116 in about 50 pieces I years ago and did an amateur restore a few years after that. I rode it a few times and then bent the kickstarter shaft on a monster backfire, so the cases had to be split again. I'm back at it and have a bare frame and a beaut of an engine being assembled. Excited to have another go at this and really knock this out of the park especially since I FINALLY found a reasonable and in good shape spark arrestor on an auction site for 45 dollars. I'll post some pics later but wanted to say hi. Gonna need to up my monthly parts budget esp of I want those gorgeous chrome fenders! Anyway, thanks for being here I have plenty of questions ?
