February 11, 20188 yr I've not removed anything recently other than a few duplicate topics. Only person who can remove a topic apart from me is the person who started it.

Not the case with an individual reply to a topic, but removal of the first post in any topic will delete the entire topic. That can't be changed. I can set it so that after x period of time a topic/post can't be deleted, but never had the need to enable that.
