Dont forget this Sunday 20th May we will be holding Round 5 of the 2018 Club Championship at Cookes wood, Youlgrave, Nr Matlock. DE45 1UW which is the Farmyard Inn in Youlgrave is the nearest post code i have as the wood itself doesnt have one.

Start time is as always 11.00am and i have been up there today and the venue is in superb condition and the weather is set to be fine sunny and warm all weekend.

Expert, Classic Expert, Intermediate, Classic Intermediate and Clubman routes along with classes for British Bikes, Pre 85 twinshocks, Pre 95 ACM and Over 50's on moderns.

Please bring an observer if possible who will be rewarded if they observe a section all day.

Cooks wood is approx 1 mile outside Youlgrave. There isnt a post code because the wood doesnt have one. If you look on a map and approach Youlgrave from the main Matlock to Bakewell road and proceed through the village. Once you have left the village with the allotments on your right you come to a Y junction so take the right hand road. Approx 200 yds in front of you on your right is Cooks wood. Just turn in through the gate and park up. Hopefully see you there
