Advise required please..?

just bought a ST 300 (2015) with no manuals..

looking for advise with:

1,Amount of engine oil after emptied 

2,Fuel mixture 80:1...? - mixed opinions on google..

    80:1 is fine with a good oil, running at 2%/50:1 just clogs up the exhaust quicker & produces more smoke
