2016 Sherco 125 solid clutch

Featured Replies

I have a 2016 Sherco 125 and the clutch is rock solid, it’s impossible to pull it in. I have bled the system and replaced the hydraulic fluid, I have tightened the clutch basket nut and I have replaced the master cylinder and still I have the problem, any help would be greatly appreciated

I had that before with my sons bike the engine breather was blocked

rapidroy thanks will go and have a look, where is it and how do i unblock it?

Grab the clutch lever and open the bleeder on the engine case. If fluid comes out and the lever compresses the master cylinder and hose are good and you have a mechanical problem in the clutch assembly/slave cylinder. This is usually a problem caused by incorrect assembly of the clutch and/or actuation mechanism.

rubber tube from crank casing to swingarm

what happen was the pressure had build up making the clutch lever hard
