hi someone said strip the gearbox on my old ty175 but how do i do this because the nut wont crack on the clutch plate holder because ive got nothing to hold the friction plate holder wuith

you will need a clutch holding tool,not very expensive available from most bike shops,also check the return spring on the selecter to see if it's broke,i had a bike that would not engage gears and that was the problem.where are you located, we have a holding tool
