Tonight I noticed the relay has been clicking away on the bike while it was unattended. Upon closer inspection the battery switch was in the on position, the ignition key was in the off position, the kill switch lanyard was in position, and the lights on the throttle housing were flashing erratically. Twisting the throttle resulted in the rear wheel turning, even though the ignition switch was off. The only way to switch the power off is to either put the switch on the battery in the off position or remove the the kill switch lanyard.

Can anyone help me with this odd issue please?
