My weight is 122 lb, sometime I have trouble kick starting my Ossa Explorer...the kick start do not give enough leverage..too short and slippery. Has anybody know replacement kick start from other bike or custom manufacturer that is has longer arm ?..and fit the Ossa kick start stub ?

Try just ‘feeling’ the engine over compression and then kick the engine over purposefully. Simply fitting another kick start lever; and the one you mention will not be cheap, may cause other fouling problems.

After fitting my ‘super easy start’ setup, I found the bike was a lot easier to kick.  It did not seem to need as hard a kick as stock.

(I put a tiny LiPo battery with momentary switch (kill button) to apply 12Vdc to the diagnostics connector )

I'm 180lb and struggle with my 300. It's not that it 's hard to start just the kickstart stops dead against the frame when you run through.

Wrecks my Achilles , don't suppose a longer kickstart would make much difference.

Sorry I'm no help.

I guy that I did work on his Explorer was looking into fitting something.  He is a fabricator and I suggested a spare head to do any work on.  I’m not sure where the coolant jackets are on the head.

I have not heard if he ever did it or not.  I found by fitting my ‘super easy start’ setup, the bike was a lot easer to start (tiny LiPo 12V battery fitted with momentary switch to activate, power up fuel pump and ecu)
