May 29, 20215 yr Hi all, yes another newly to what appears to be an excellent website and forum to boot. I am taking on a Sherpa T80 as a restore project, it was started before but ended badly by someone not known to me. the frame had been blasted and powder coated, but as I see it, still with the swinging arm in tact! The engine also looks like it’s been got at and so it goes on. So decided it’s a strip to the floor job for peace of mind, who knows what I’m gonna encounter. The thus end, I Wouk do like to think I can count on some sound advice if and when required. FYI I am not a rider anymore, at 74 I enjoy the challenge of taking the bikes apart and restoring them to factory stock. This one will be street legal when done.
