February 26, 200620 yr Author ....hi 2fargone, it seems that your eyes 'work' better than a x-ray.... here a view from the other side! regarding the Rothmans, yes it is one! cheers
February 26, 200620 yr Priceless! It looks like they have oil coolers fitted and the Rothmans bike looks like it has a very deep silencer, are they 'ex Works bikes by any chance' Tell me more please!!!!!! Edited February 26, 200620 yr by 2fargone
February 26, 200620 yr I'm confused - what pictures are you looking at as you can't see that sort of detail in the pictures in this thread?
February 27, 200620 yr Little green monster sitting here, that collection looks fantastic, post some individual pics if you can
February 27, 200620 yr I love looking at Works bikes. The Rothman's has 3 oil lines visable in the photo. A high pressure off the side case, a line to the cam and ? Usually a high pressure return to the case to oil the gears. Am I missing a line someplace? I also can't make sense of some of the things behind the bike. part of a tire, part of a kickstand thet looks attached to the clutch cable. I'm sure it's just an optical allusion, if not that's a strange place for a kickstand! If you have old photos, please put them on here. This forum has been a great history lesson for me. Thanks BJ for all your input and knowledge, I hope to meet you some day and have you sign your book for me.
February 27, 200620 yr Its a side stand and tyre on the RTL parked next to it, it puzzled me at first too.
