Tlr200 Rear Brake Pedal

Featured Replies

Hello,

Does anybody has a simple solution on a worn out rear brake pedal?

The axel welded on the pedal is a little worn out, and also the chassis is.

Honda didn't use a bearing in it, i gess more tlr owners had this problem.

please give me some simple solution to get it right.

Thank you.

I have the same problem and am about to ream the hole out and fit a thin bush. The shaft does not appear to be too worn. I may try to include a grease nipple while I'm on to prevent the same thing happening again as the original set up has only lasted 20 years!
