Oset 20 lite 2015 

got lights on throttle but no response when I turn throttle. 
replaced the relay and a small red cable has melted when I connected it to battery cables are right places as I did them one by one. Has anyone had this issue or no what might have happened. 
also still have no response so not sure what that issue is
