I had a problem with the carb overflowing on my RS200 same carb fitted to most TLR's it p****d out all the time and the bike was running very rich :beer:

Problem solved on close inspection of the stripped down item i noticed a weeping of petol from one of the brass float chambers on even Further inspection the chamber had rotted!! a series of minute pin holes had caused the vessel to fill with fuel and this obviosly would not allow the float to rise in the float bowl and stop the fuel entering.

I hope this info may help other riders :)
