 I've just bought a 24 Escape X, I plan to ride it a bit as delivered to get the feel of things before I try EM Connect, I'm very much an old dog that needs to learn some new tricks. I'm a bit intimidated by modern electronics, I mostly just use my phone as a phone. The manual seems to explain things pretty well but I'm skeptical that it will really be that simple. Can anyone give me any tips that will make my first experience with EM Connect easier?

 On another note, I plan to install a left hand lever for the rear brake and remove the foot brake due to my own disability. Research has led me towards using a 9mm Brembo clutch master cylinder for the rear brake although much of the information I've found is a bit vague. I'd welcome any input on that as well.
