Sy 250 Updates

Featured Replies

I noticed on Woody Holes test of the four stroke Scorpa in T&MX that he said he had it on good authority, i.e. Birkett told him, that the sy250 will have a "clear update" soon. Anyone heard any details and do you think they'll do anything radical to frame or engine, or just tinker with set up?

Are you talking about the 2 stroke or the 4 stroke.I have heard there is already a lot of upgrades for the new 4 stroke.Time will tell.JR :D:beer::P

I BELIEVE IT WAS MEANT AS THE 2 STROKE

WHAT IVE HEARD SO FAR IS THAT ITS MAINLY COSMETICS (NEW COLOURS)

KENNY ROBERTS COLOUR SCHEME AND THE OLD TY'S COLOURS IS A POSSIBILITY

the comment in the paper was definetly about the two stroke and implied that there was development work going on.

I have been informed that for 2007 the sy250 two stroke will have the same frame as the four

stroke sy250f.It is early days yet but this is all I know..............

A little birdie told me.....total new colours white/yellow or black/yellow, new forks, new exhaust, poss new shocker and a few other bits and hopefully an easily removeable carb (would be a real treat! ).

cheers dudes. :D
