Hello All, Has anyone had to fit a new manifold gasket (spirometal O ring) to a 2012 JGAS 300. I received a new one from the Saunders Trials place today. It fits into the head ok BUT won't fit onto the exhaust pipe. According to info on the web AND going by the part number description, the dimensions of the new one I've got are correct BUT the outer diameter of the pipe is 40mm and the new gasket internal diameter is 39 mm. Is it a case of heating the Gasket up to get it onto the pipe ??? Appreciate your comments / advice, cheers

So here I am preparing an Aprilia Futura RST 1000 and I find that I need new clutch hydraulic seals for both the master cylinder and the slave cylinder, apparently this is a common problem although I never had issues on the Mille and Futura that I used to own. Searching the net I found that on the Aprilia Owners Club one fellow had some seals made, he was in the USA but the company was in UK. I got in contact with them and I now have winging their way in the post a complete set of seals for both cylinders....this is seals only no extras like springs, clips etc...and the price bearing in mind that an after market slave cylinder is in the region of £70 and a Brembo Clutch m…

Anyone else see the trials show at reeth show, it was pretty damn good, the introduction part was a bit lengthy but the rest was really good. Graham Jarvis was there and so was John Sunter and there rivalry on the obstacles was probly the best bit to watch. Well done nice show guys and girls (Kathryn Wardle was there too) Rich aka Yamaha Dude

Hi, my last bike was a beta synt 270, then got married, lost bike gained a daughter. Daughter now 12 and would like to learn to ride. I would like the excuse to teach her but must be able to use it for short road journeys around Cornwall with camera to take some coastal shots for work. Am 150lbs, 5'10 and have no idea if the 80 would cater for both our needs? Your advice or comments on riding this bike as an adult would be great. Thanks.
