hi everyone just bought myself a 2003 beta rev3, all is good at moment, but does anyone know were i can buy spares from apart from internet? I live near rochdale lancs,on sat went into robinsons ktm/beta dealers in rochdale to get an airfilter,the guy said they have stopped doing trials spares just sticking to ktm stuff any ideas?

Hello everyone, I'm a complete novice when it comes to trials. Live is Sligo, Northwest of Ireland. Day job is a motorcycle instructor when there's enough work. Hello, new to trials, been offroad since i was 4 but this is all new to me. Fancied trying trials for ages and my dad got a Beta Rev 3 for my last birthday So anyway hello everyone and i hope that this forum will be a good resource of wisdom in my trialsing efforts! Lachlan

I've just registered, so I thought I'd say hello. I've just joined my son into the Surrey School Boys Club, so he can start riding. Until going along to a Trials for him, I've never been to one and I feel that I've lost many years, of having ago myself. Anyway this year, I'm going to get him going and maybe next year, I'll try it. So advice on first bike please, because I've had a lot of different opinions. He's 7, but small for his age. Hello fellow trials rider. My name is James and I am addicted to Trials. I got my first taste while huffing 2 stroke in a buddies garage several months ago and I can't help myself. I went on a binge this weekend at the Trials Training Center and placed 5th in the novice on a Fantic 301. I'm afraid that methedone won't help me with this one, so like most addicts, I'm going to pass this habit along to my family. Hi, My name is Martin, I am from Bishops Stortford in North East Hertfordshire. My pal and I rescued a TY 250R Mono from a mates garden and got it going. We did the Trial near Watton at Stone yesterday and I even struggled on the "Blue" easy route!!! At 51, I don't seem so fearless anymore! Does anyone know where I might get some practice done around the North Herts/West Essex area? I look forward to any helpful hints even if it means selling the bike and taking up flower arranging.

Iv got a 2003 gas gas txt280 which iv had for about a year now but havent done any trials because i cant find out any information on where they are held or how to get into a club so this is why iv joined up on here. If anyone could help get into a club in my local area or know of anywhere that i can go and practice i would realy appreciate it.

Hi All. Been keeping an eye on these forums for a while and finally registered. Been into trials on and off for the last 25 years, but last year got back into it in the form of the Long Distance Trials of which there seems to be a few in this part of the world (Worcestershire, UK). Current mount is a Beta Alp, although a 4RT is very tempting to keep alongside it. I'd be interested to hear from any other LDT riders. Would there be any interest in a forum specifically for LDTs, and one for trials-derived trail bikes like the Alp and Pampera? Administrators: is this a possibility if enough interest shown? Been out of trials for a while now but I just picked up a TXT200 with a V5 for not much money ( It would have been rude not to buy it ! ) so I thought I'd say hello! I am in the Midlands of the UK so if there are any riders around who fancy some practice PM me. evnin all, i have come here for a hunt around. I am, usually, a road race sidecar passenger, but due to being rather large i find it difficault to find decent rides. so, following on tradition, as my father used to ride trials many moos ago, i am thinking of having a go, not sure on anything though, so feel free to abuse or even offer assistance!!!! thats enough drivel from me, i'll go for a wonder round now Vince
