Good Afternoon All, Just a little introduction from myself (Jamie), Recently bought a trials bike and I've joined the forum to hopefully tap into the knowledge on here and so use can all help an absolute novice like myself make the most of the new bike I have just bought, Done several years greenlining and enduro riding but never ventured into trials until now After getting various opinions on which bike to start with I settled on a Beta Evo 200 (pics attached) Look forward to getting out riding and posting my hopeful progress on here

Hi my ride is a ' D1' ridged bantam with a 'D14/4' motor ,I belong to the E.F.A. ( Eastern four stroke association) you lot may know them better for putting on the ' THUMPERS ' trials over at Colchester Essex .I've only been riding since last season ,my last trial was at the snaque pit near Sudbury and only dropped 12pts over 40 sections, ( I'm quite proud of myself) at 52 going on 21, I am thoroughly enjoying myself. I also took a lot of photos of 'Tumpers 07' anyone out there rode it ???

Hey all, completely new to this forum and trials riding, just got myself a beta techno 250 1999. I live in the wiltshire area, Lyneham to be specific. If anyone is near me and knows some good places to ride let me know, although flat tarmac is proving to be quite difficult to ride at the mo! track stand is so much easier on a push bike!!

Hello Everyone I'm fairly new to trials (3 years) and new to this group so I wanted to say hi. I've always ridden bikes and have ice raced and roadraced in Southern Canada. I moved to the North in '98 so I had to adapt a bit. There aren't a lot of bikes here, and definitely no one riding trials so I have to kind of make things up as I go. I brought a WR400 with me and have added a few accessories so I could ride year round. That's great for winter, but the terrain here in summer is extremely rough, so after 10 years of summer riding in 1st gear on the clutch I decided to try a trials bike, though I've never ridden one. There are no bike shops here of course so I ordere…

Hi All, I have decided to dig out my old KT250 that has been sitting in the garage for 6 years and restore it. I started out riding trials on a Ty80 when I was 8 or so. Rode that for a while then got an RL250 and a KT250 at Mid-Ohio VMD. I rode the KT with some local friends and rode at mid ohio in 03 or 04. Ended up getting into modern MX, got out of that, now riding Speedway motorcyles and wanted to do some cross trianing since the speedway bikes can only be ridden on tracks. Looking around I see a lot of helpful info that will get my KT back to life! Anyone else formt the area?

I rode trials in the 1950s on a rigid 350 BSA B32 The bike was in road trim as most of us rode to the trial in those days !! I introduced my son to the sport about 30 years ago. We went thru various bikes Bultaco Fantic Montesa etc. Time went by and the trialing faded for various reasons My son has taken the sport up again and introduced my grandson to the sport with an Oset. I find I can still ride without falling off so now have my all time favourite machine a Montesa twinshock a Cota 200 Its an ex farm bike and because of its condition doubt its ever been trialed Changed the oil fuelled it up and away it went !! Now waiting for a license I hope to compete at …

Hi, registered here to get help and guidance for a project. I´m from Estonia and have always been interested in motorcycle trials but it´s not that popular here and we don´t get many used bikes and thought I´d build myself one for learning and move up from there. That was in 2009 but it got sidetracked since I went to the army and once I was back didn´t really have a place and time for it. Now, 7 years later I really want to finish it, though it´s more popular here but I´d just like to finish what I started. Either way trials bikes a few decades ago weren´t that different from your everyday motorcycle, so it´s better then nothing. Thus writing to ask what would be t…
