Ive ridden bikes since 1963, bought my first one myself at 18 in 1965 . . and have had over 100 different bikes in the last 45 years . . . . Being a 'tool guy' I mostly fix them up, drive them for a while and resell and buy something better until I have something I want to keep a while . . I rode a 74 Honda tl125 in 74-76 and a tl250 in 84 , , , had a bad fall in 85 desending a steep slope, broken bones involved, and swore off dirt bikes . . . kept ridding street bikes until I was 55 and my wife asked me to stop . . said Ok . . . went for 4 years without a bike . . . But at age 60 I couldn't stand being bikeless, bought 2 Trials bikes and want to try it again . . . . …

Hi All, I am new here & quite new to the trials scene so just wanted to say hi, I have just brought a 2004 Sherco 250, it needs a bit of work and some TLC but it was pretty cheap, I think I enjoy working on the bikes as much as I do riding them, which is lucky coz I think I have got a bit of work to do! I am sure I will need your wealth of knowledge, thanks Pete

Hi I'm completely new to trials after spending most of my time (and money) being a club racer, and now being 50 years old I thought it might be time to slow down a bit! Only ever been on a trials bike once but loved it even though I spent more time with my ar#se on the dirt I'm from Benfleet in Essex, so if anybody nearby that goes to poles wood need company and no doubt laugh at my expense please get in touch. don't get to pick bike up till the 6th Dec Sean

Hi all, Just found this site, looks very good. I live in France in the Alps - a trials paradise! I bought a used Montesa Cota 348 in 1982, still got it but bit rough now and in pieces. Just bought a 1979 Montesa Cota 349, much nicer bike but needs usual pieces, eg fork & shock seals, brake shoes, tank straps....Welcome any advice for spares. Also love to find some sort of manual. Thanks, Phil Gold

So if I can help anyone with info on Cheetah/Beamish Suzuki or Whitehawk stuff I'll see if I can remember! I've ben playing around on a 1987 TLR200 Reflex (USA model) for a few years and am now looking for restoration parts. I am having troubles finding the vintage plastic fenders, headlight visor, and side panels. I'd also like to learn the tricks to help bring this little 4-stroke trials bike up to par.

Hi All Just bought a TY175. Frame number starts with 525 and numbers look like a '76 (Orange and white paint job seems to match this year). But... Engine serial number is 487-000159, which does not seem to work for the model at all? Ideas anyone? Anyway - looking forward to doing some classic twinshock trials on my own bike (rather than borrowing from friends and family). Cheers Julz
