  1. You could try Steve at http://progressiveclassicproducts.co.uk/frames.html I have no conection with this company.
  2. I don't know about Tiger Cubs, but I often find that it helps to put a thick piece of insulation between the carb and manifold. Thereby keeping the carb cooler.
  3. I don't know if it's already been mentioned, but surely Alan Wright in a recent Classic Dirt Bike as the right idea. A control tyre that as the grip of a typical 60's tyre. I think he suggested a Mitas. This then means that sections have to laid out like the 60's enabling more old sections to be brought back into use. It would also mean that you would not need that trick bike to be able to compete.
  4. Could always check out ebay. My link Several people selling Bantam ones, which I think are the same as cub.
  5. Hi Wayne, From the bantam handbook. FRONT FORKS There are two basic designs of front fork fitted to the D14 Bantam range. The fork described on this page is fitted to the Supreme, and the fork fitted to the Sports and Bushman models as described on page E4. (Bushman and Sports) The front forks fitted to these models are of an even simpler design than those fitted to the Supreme. The fork spring is on the outside of the main fork tube, which dispenses with the need for restrictor rod and fittings. I can send you a pdf of the handbook if you want one. Colin
  6. Says 1964 here. My link Colin
