Thanks for your info, I wasn't sure if there would be enough room for the helicoil on the crank case as its quite thin, so I will see if some were local can do it. Cheers

Ive got a ty250 mono and it is leaking gearbox oil threw the clutch cover, I have replaced the gasket but the thread in the crank case for one of the lower clutch cover blolts is stripped, is there anything I could do to fix this? Cheers Lewis

Hi I remouved the pivot shaft surprisingly easily but the swing arm doesent seem to come out do you need to aply some force ? Cheers

Once you've removed the pivot shaft from the swing arm how do you get the swing arm off on a ty 250 mono ? Cheers

Hello Ive got a early Ty 250 mono and am planning on painting the frame back to its origional colour of red, (as at somepoint it was painted white). apparently the colour is "fire engine red". Does any one know where to purchase this paint or a suitable alternative ? Cheers Lewis
