Hi Is there a fibre glass tank fitted to your bike? I have had problems with two of my bikes with the slide sticking in the carb. This is due to ethenol added to modern petrol and the petrol has eaten the fibre glass tank causing very sticky carb internals. Check the inside of the fuel tank and the slidechamber on the carb, if it's sticky then I bet thats the problem. The answer to this problem is to fit a metal gas tank and thoroughly clean your carb or drain the fuel from the tank and the carb at the end of every trial and let the tank dry out. Hope this helps It did on my bikes

Spout The fixing of the mudgard is similar to mine exept i used the Helmet holder bracket as the secondary fixing instead of the airbox location, perhaps i should add an extra lenth of mudgard and attach it to the airbox. Cool looking bike though, which model is it? Cookie

Sorry for the poor quality pics, I tryed to shrink them. The original mudgards were painted black so i fitted universal ones. This model is a 200 Reflex and was imported from the states Cost was still four figures, but only just. So what do you think Cookie

Can't upload the pic but i will as soon as i can, it said that i can not upload this kind of doc Yes stole it off ebay

I'm having some trouble uploading the other pics, so Iwill leave it for a while and get my son to sort it for me. I still have a couple of Ossa 250 MARs and a TL125s but the TLR is by far the best.

Thanks for that. So what size stauntions are on the TLR 200? My bike is in road trim at the moment, so I will have to strip off the lights, Battery, Ignition etc, to get it ready for trials. is this a difficult operation? and are there any info on wiring for trials. Should I do anything else, like change the gearing or are the TLRs OK Any help greatfully received Cookie

Hi everyone I've just bought my '86 Tlr 200 reflex, a real beauty. As these bikes are new to me, can any one tell me what is the difference between the Reflex and other models. the only difference that I can see is the wheels , on the Reflex the wheels are Chrome. Also what is a wes exhaust?
