ok im just a bit confused wich bit is classed as damp rod ,is it the rod with the adjuster on or the piece what the top cap screws on ..thanks for your help ..

cheers for that... do i pump the small rod inside with the adjuster screw on it or .do i keep that pushed down and use the outer bit what that is sat in ?

hi .i have put new seals in my 40mm mazzorki forks off 08 raga ..i put 5w oil in 160m air gap ,on right leg i put 80m in the cartridge then filled leg to 160 air gap .i had both legs fully down with no springs .didnt no how to bleed them .built them up ,only thing is they now top out at end of travel can anyone help ...cheers ...casper....

are you attacking it too fast .? you should touch front wheel compress shocks then blip ,and pop clutch it should be slow motion if all timed good...

im 5.11 and 14.5 stone..i set spark plug .6mm .when i stripped carb again put needle on bottom clip idle jet had muck in again so i reckon i just had a bad bit of fuel .started itup runs sweet ..still gives a good kick back... thanks for your help....casper.......forgot to say got air screw at 2 and 3 quater turn out...........

hi jon setting are jjh needle 2nd clip from bottom.....48 pilot.......122 main.......took flywheel off but cant check timing as its got the dual ignition .i was expecting a back plate with some timing marks .but no such thing on this...cheers....CASPER....

thanks it is a keihin carb on it ..some time it seems as though it struggles to tickover got air screw half turn out ..cleaned all carb out .part from that runs perfect..cheers

hi there ..when kick starting my 2008 raga 250... it gives me a good kick back ..sometimes it starts first kick other times half dozen times .runs perfect .just the start probs .any ideas out there .....cheers ,,,,casper,,,,

sounds like someone didnt measure too good when designing the head then ,do you think its worth the money for the improvement you got ...cheers...laser1

hi there as anyone used one of them s3 heads for gasgas pro 250 ,ive got 2008 raga 250 could do with bit more poke ,just wonderd if any one as put a high compression insert in ,and if its any good ,,,other wise does any one want to swap a 250 barrel.for a 280 ..or any other ideas would be great ..cheers....casper...
