  1. G'day Ross, Thanks for the reply, and, I hope to head up to Denman in the New year and enjoy some 'Twin shock' trials and the friendly, relaxed atmosphere and, pick the brains of people like yourself to learn a bit about 'trials riding'!! Thanks again and have a great "Chrissy". Cheers Rick.
  2. G'day Bully Lover, Thanks for your reply and the information on the Italjet. I purchased my bike from a gentleman who purchased it from the advert on the Trials Australia site, and you're correct in saying that it looks as though it hasn't done much work, there is only 1,000 mile on the speedo, which is not bad for a 1982 model, averages out to about 33miles/year! I hope to have a go at some twin shock events in the New Year, and was more encouraged when I read you're comments about the sections for clubman being 'nothing to radical'. Thanks again and have a Merry Christmas & New Year, Cheers Rick600XT.
  3. G'day, my name is Rick. Live in New South Wales, Australia. Have been into motorbikes for the last 40 odd years, mainly trail and moto cross, but rode a few trials bikes in the 70's (I'm showing my age now), have got the twin shock trials bug and have purchase a #82 Italjet T350, goes great, just needs a bit of tender loving care, in the way of tyres, a bit of suspension work and basically some paint and polish!!So, I would be happy to hear from anyone who knows anything about the Italjet marque and/or offer any trials tips for an older guy riding a 'green frog'. Thanks for taking the time to read my intro, and cheers.
