i have a sherco 125 03 and the spring that goes in the gearbox has broken and i was wondering how i get to it?

i have a sherco 125 03 model!

i came to take the airbox off and the front bolt that holds the airbox on has sheared and the bolt is half stuck in the insert in the airbox!

how do i mend this?

any help would be appreciated!
