  1. After flushing and bleeding the clutch line on my 07 SY250 the slave unit leaks from between the crush washer on the brake line and the slave itself. First we tried replacing the crappy original (alloy?) silver crush washers with new copper crush washers but the leak persisted. We've since tried smoothing the end of the clutch slave body where it contacts the washer with emery paper but it's made no difference. It leaks very slowly without clutch lever pressure and leaks a drip or 2 each time the clutch lever is pulled. Even tightening the banjo bolt as tight as we dare to really crush the copper washers down makes no difference. Any ideas? Just want to ride the bloody thing already... Thanks, Glen
