  1. Thanks for the replies. When I took the wheel out I found that the rubber "cush" drives has completely failed! I cut the remaining rubber out then cleaned up with emery cloth leaving the outter sleave of the bush in place. I then made up some alloy plugs 20MM OD 20MM Long with an M10 thread through. I loctited these in place with 648, no more circlip just bolted on with M10X25 socket cap heads. Did a trial on Sunday all seems OK.
  2. Hi hope someone can help with a couple of tlr200 problems. The back sprocket on mine has become very loose. I've been told that if you fix them solid the hub can brake. What is the best method of a repair/better fixing? Also is it n easy job to repace the camchain? Do you have to strip the engine?
