    What is the parts availability like - and how cheap/expensive are parts? The OSET parts seem readily available (if they have them in stock) and all parts seem pretty cheap.

    I phoned the shop this morning - the potentiometer is confirmed as MIA (its unclear yet as to why its missing). (The bike defaults to WFO when the pot is missing) The shop owner has just sent one of his employees for the 1.5 hour ride to bring me a pot this same morning - cannot fault the customer service from Inta Bikes in Maidestone - big thumbs up for Austin. My boy is going to love this bike - its his birthday today.

    I cant find the potentiometer. I've pulled the covers, and the place where the POT should be is empty. Assembly fault, or are they an optional extra now?
