im looking for replacement headlight switch for 17 escape with full light kit, its got a lot of buttons - headlight regular and bright, turns signals, horn, ignition on/off, and 2 engine regeneration buttons. em parts catalog calls this part LEFT CERTIFIED COMMUTATOR part number TL01K-60407-00-00 made by leonelly. anybody has any ideas where to find that switch except EM dealer also since i don't need all the lights and i don't use them a lot anyway i can get rid of them but then i need "ignition on/off" switch and engine "regeneration button", may be i can figure out how to bypass ignition on/off switch and just use magnetic switch and nothing else but is still need engine regeneration button. what switch being used by regular lite or sport in 2017 with no headlights/turn lights?

Rear shock was replaced last summer. It was already discussed here. Run time is unknown yet. Will update as soon as I have more data. Need to fix few more things. quality of these bikes is horrible so many things got replaced so far. 2 sets of lead batteries, motor, both sprockets, rear shock, 2 of original throttles, ignition switch failed and was bypassed. need to do: throttle one more time, front fork, all brake calipers, will get hydraulic brakes.

new plastic front and rear fenders. rear fender mounting required some modification of fender, also heating up and changing angle of plastic mounting tab. and drilling new hole on a bikes mounting bracket where rear shock is mounted.

replaced out of round rear sprocket with Jitsie sprocket

replaced stock batteries with 2 Milwaukee 12Ah. 3 stock batteries 20lbs 5oz, new batteries 7lbs. battery adapters 3D printed from ebay and XT90 connector. retained with stock cover on velcro's.

"Lite" model comes with 36V controller and 48V motor, controller is not programmable so it has to be replaced.
