hi from Belgium! I have also a Hi-Boy Sammy Miller, but with a "full" framenumber from a TL125S. Not a short number. I presume the number is stamped in the factory at Sammy Miller. Bought the bike in Holland few years ago. What do you think about the number-issue?? Photo enclosed.
