I have just bought a Gas Gas JTR 370, I took the bike out the other night and it developed a small knock. About 5 minutes later the whole engine seized solid, with no warning. i have taken the head and barrel off and the rings are okay and the piston is free. i was wondering if anyone knows what could of happened? i think a bearing or something has dropped to bits in the bottom end of the engine. thanks. does anyone have an idea how much an engine rebuild would be for my 1992 aprilia climber 280?? is it worth doing? thanks.
