My wife Lorraine took photos of the competitors at the 30th Annual Stoney Lonesome Trials Event held in sunny Columbus, Indiana this September. Her batteries gave out on her flash so some are dark. Anyone wishing the Raw Nikon images just let me know.
YES, I think. I missed that event two years ago but I believe it is the same location or at least the same town Wardsville. I hope that the area didn't get as much rain as Toronto; if it did Lord save us! Hope to see you.

There was never an attitude towards the judges or their call. He was mad at the bike. It was giving him problems all day. The guy shouting two stroke didn't help the atmosphere if you know what I mean.
Fujinami had engine trouble and stalled in section 8 on third loop Sunday. He instantly restarts his bike but gets a five for non-stop. This is why I don't like non-stop. NSFW in spanish.
The Michiana Trials Riders are hosting another M.O.T.A / TI Championship Event in Ligonier, Indiana. The event will pay points for both M.O.T.A. and TI series and will also have classes for VIntage and Champ RIders. I will get a table of how the classes line up for M.O.T.A. and TI soon.
Daryl is also planning on getting a pig to roast for Saturday night. No word on whether Ted Nuget will be performing.
Spectators under 18 years must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Competitors must have BOTH parents or legal guardians signatures.
Sections will include moderate to steep hill climbs and descents, loose gravel, river rock sections, medium size logs and tree stumps, and an occasional tractor tire.
There are no water sections at this time unless rain make a few sections muddy.
This will be a very spectator friendly event. With the event being later in the month of April, weather is expected to be sunny and cool.
Plenty of camping space but very limited flat RV spots for fifth wheels and Class A motorhomes.
Amazing turnout for the Youth Class! This is the future of Trials and from what we saw there is going to be World Champion riding a Beta in the very near future. Youth Class Photos are located here.
