jetting wont give you more power but your air screw sounds a littel too far out. standard is 3 to 3 1/2 turns out, you might find it a little more responsive if you screw it in a little, not too much though or it will run weak.the bigger front pipe does make a difference, but if you buy one make sure you ask for an 04 model not the 05 because the 05 pipe is designed to make the bikes run softer. you cant fit a kehin carb to a 200 or 125 because the barrell is shorter and carbs hits the top of the crank cases.you can get the flywheel skimmed to make it lighter, again making the bike more responsive and it will rev a little harder, it would be costly if the flywheel was damaged though!!! the easiest way is to advance the timing a little. this is best done by someone qualified because if you get it wrong it can cause all sorts of problems. A BP5EVX plug will help it run a bit more efficiently, but dont expect drastic results!
