Hi I had a quick question, can you run stock bars without a handlebar brace. I seem to have broken it while replacing the steering stem, don't ask how. I have seen bikes without a brace but are they different bars?

Never tried, but personally I would nt, good reason for it being it on there mate, the bars without the brace are Fatbars and are much thicker than stock ones. If you want to inspect your steering stem work a little more closely today ride with the brace off, should get a really close look at it after 5 minutes or so.
