Gear Box Oil Thicknesses

Featured Replies

on my bike i have swapped from castrol mtx top pj1 clutch tunner the pj1 is alot thicker i havent put it in thebike incase it buggers something up i just want to know what difference it will make

i don't think you'll have a problem with thick oil in a beta, it will probably make your clutch feel nicer, i run 80 wt redline in my beta, works great

my dad runs 10w 30 in his monty i believe( it might be something else but its way lighter)

it won't hurt anything, if you don't like it just change it

and i've been told that beta's like heavier oils, and im a firm believer of it
