October 14, 200619 yr As far as I know Mark Wray first rode in 1979 & with the exception of Foot & Mouth year he's done everyone since, so that's 27 goes & this definately is a record, he's never finished! I'm not sure how many Allan Richardson has done, I think he packed up at 25 with only a couple of DNF's. Graham Tales should be just behind Mark Wray as he started riding in 1980, although I don't know if he's missed any.

October 22, 200619 yr I spoke to Chris Shorey on Saturday morning & he said that he'd ridden every year since 1980. After Saturday he's now finished 21 times.
