What Is The Best Way To Bleed The Clutch On A 4rt

Featured Replies

What is the best way to bleed the clutch on a 4RT? First crash on the bike (going slow, around 5 mph) and I cracked the inside of the clutch cover causing all of the hydraulic fluid to leak out into the engine case. I replaced the clutch cover, slave cylinder piston, and o-rings. I tried bleeding the clutch using a Motion Pro Easy Bleed Hydraulic Brake Bleeder, but cannot get any clutch pressure. I also had my neighbor help with same results. Any recommendations or recommended tools? I a looking at purchasing the Phoenix Max-Pro. Thanks for your help.

Purchased the Phoenix V-12 Injector (RFI - Reverse Fluid Injection) and that did the trick.
