Just got a new 250 Beta and its bloody luvly. :D

Any one have any ideas on the best way to set it up, whilst i'm Ok on the spanners I am no way a qualified mechanic so simpler the better?

Generally speaking as it leaves the factory the bike is setup correctly for the majority of riders. You'll only need to "fiddle" if the settings have been changed. The only other change really is to increase the rebound on the rear if you like to "hop" the bike around a bit. Even then be gentle on the changes so it can be reset if you find it gets too lively over the rocks.
