I just wanted to update people. I was going to use the thread I originally started, but it has been closed (Im ot sure what this means or why, did I or someone on the thread say something that they shouldn't?).

Anyway I am pleased to say it has all been sorted. The dealer that I used has been very helpful in sorting out the problems, and I am perfectly happy with the bike. Due to the service that I received, I have not been put off buying another bike of the same make, and I would be happy to use the same dealer again.

Just thought you might all like to know, as it has certainly restored my faith a bit.
