im in the middle of trying to get back into trials after a year trying to get my mate to help me fix the clutch case and basket i smashed on my tyz all fixed know i was up teh woods/moors up the back of my house for two hours today and then after i went to a wee bing called tarbrax. im just starting to realise how unfit i am i was wondering if there was any pesific muscles you use when on the bike so i can go to the gym and use the right machines.also is there any good exercises for when it is to dark to go out on the bike.

if you cant get out on a motorbike i practice on my push bike. just riding logs and smal things like that realy help - its improved my balance big tim

lol ive got that feeling just know after my first full lap of the woods yestarday, was driving over a bridge on my mates fantic and the bridge snapped, ifell 6 ft down a ditch and landed on my back luckly the bike never fell ontop of me :)
