December 15, 200619 yr hi, had my 2001 rev-3 for three years now and had no problems. However.......on the left hand side of the frame there is a threded hole which I'd never really noticed before till a mate pointed it out. he reckoned that it was for a trials sidecar attachment! Is this correct and has anyone ever seen a Beta sidecar and where's the event listings for trials sidecars?
December 16, 200619 yr I guess that the treaded hole is for a small bracket that help the exhaust sytem to stay in the correct position. Carl
December 16, 200619 yr Where abouts is this small threaded hole? I imagine that if it is small, then it won't be to hold a sidecar on? Also if the bike is a 2001 model then they don't have a threaded hole in the frame on the LHS to secure the mid pipe, this was added later. Bob
December 16, 200619 yr surely the easiest way too get a real answer here is a picture? As for sidecars there are a fair few about of all makes amazing too watch if you ever get the chance
