Pro Clutch Actuator Pin

Anyone know how long the actuator pin should be in the Mineral Clutch Master Cylinder on a 06 bike.

The pin I had fitted is 20mm, and the clutch drags a bit. Swapped it today with the Front brake pin which comes in at 22.25mm, seems to give more throw and releases the clutch much better. Just want to check that the longer pin isn't 'over driving' the piston in the master and going to cause me a problem later?
