March 2, 200719 yr Hello to all, Not sure where to ask this question, though twinshock seems to be the obvious place. I have an old Yam TY250 Twinshock, it`s not run since 1992. I started it as a project something to tinker with, put it to the back the shed and now I wish to have a play on it. I took the somewhat knackered chain off and i`ve thown it away without counting how many links that I need to replace it. 520 is what was on it, how many links do you think i`ll need...? Reading through a lot of posts i`ll not be buying Iris as it seems they snap, any other suggestion would be welcome. Circlip
March 2, 200719 yr Hi , try trail + trials uk they normally can be found on ebay! under yamaha ty! they will tell you exactly what you need to know, They also do very well priced chain and sprocket kits! like you said forget Iris cheap and nasty! once bitten and all that!!!
