What Oil Do You Run Your Bikes On?

Featured Replies

I have tried auto-transmission fluid but the gears are stiff and the gear lever needs a lot of pressure to change gear......not working too well then.

any help please?

thanks

Run Atf, clutch loveley and smooth gear change nice and easy till the plates started wearing out. Suggest its probably more your plates than the oil.

i like the maxima 75wt. wet clutch oil it's extra light and has given me no problems, i tried atf and it's kinda thick and makes the clutch grabby. also check your clutch lever reservoir on the handlebar, make sure it is full, that can cause poor clutch action.
